Located in Section 16, T92N, R14W of the 5th P.M. in the County of Bremer, State of IA. Summary description: W 1/2 SW NW NW consisting of trees and water in Lafayette Twp. alongside/in Cedar River.

PARCEL #3:  05-27-400-015 as described in Book 98 Page 149, acquired in 1949 by Tax Sale. Assessed value is $350. Property is classed AG. Located in Section 27, T92N, R14W of the 5th P.M. in the County of Bremer, State of IA. PARCEL #4:  09-07-400-004 as described in Book 98 Pg. 55, acquired in 1949 by Tax Sale. Assessed value is $130. Property is classed AG. Located in Section 7, T91N, R14W of the 5th P.M. in the County of Bremer, State of IA. Summary description: W 24' of South 10 acres of SW SE S OF ROAD being strip of land in Washington Twp. SW of Waverly close to Butler County line.

PARCEL #5:  10-22-476-008 as described in Book 1994 Pg. 2954, acquired in 1994 by Tax Sale. Assessed value is $1,750.00. Property is classed RES. Located in Section 22 T91N, R13W of the 5th P.M. in the County of Bremer, State of IA. Summary description:  N 2 ROD W1/2 SE SE being a strip of land consisting of trees adjacent to south boundary of Lot 16 Arrowhead Ridge Sub, Denver.

PARCEL #6:  10-28-100-004 as described in Book 46 Pg. 319, acquired in 1899 by Warranty Deed. Assessed value is $420. Property is classed AG. Located in Section 28, T91N, R13W of the 5th P.M. in the County of Bremer, State of IA. Summary description:  LOT 14 SUB OF W 1/2 NW being a one acre strip of land near Ivory Ave. and 260th St. consisting of trees.

At that time and place, oral or written objections may be filed or made to the proposal to dispose of unused real property.  After receiving objections, the County may determine to sell the unused real property.
